JFJ was horrible in making trades but his drafting was just top class
Considering he only drafted for 2 years for the Leafs, he produced and found some great players

Dubas not good at a lot of good GM attributes but was decent at drafting
When he wasn't trading 1st rounders out to cover his other mistakes
