This is what I wanted tonight..they are bringing a good game to Kitchener. Loving their effort. Really controlled a lot of that period.

Brown lines continues to dominate games. Letang noticing it too as they are playing a ton.

Wish the damn PP could step up. Could be tied. But still got a chance!

Karimov benched entire 2nd no clue why - looks dejected, poor kid.

Letang honestly useless.

Brown looks phenomenal, complete 180 from when I last saw him live.

O’Brien was a great add, solid out there

Agree 2nd was a lot better, the only line that can generate offense from a the centre of the ice and not the outskirts right now.

I actually like 4th line tonight too.

Poor kid karimov how does a organization bring him over and then play jim like he is.
Put him on good line give him minutes and watch what happens. Just stupid move stupid decision Letang is making.
Like to see Bridgewater play more.

I've liked Luecke JJ Hall for a few games now. Spending good time in OZ. Really throwing the body.

Exactly what a L4 should be.

Brown has been buzzing once again. I would like to see the Sting put a few more pucks toward the net. Schaubel has been coughing up a good amount of rebounds. Surzycia made a few big breakaway saves early on in the second to keep the Sting in this one. The team really tightened up at 5v5 in the second half of the period. Hopefully we see more of that in the third

If you swap the goalies this is honestly probably a 5-1 game. Nicky S bailing us out and Kitcheners goalie has not been great

Fingers are crossed….

Biggest win of the season. After falling down 2-0 they played great hockey. Didn't give up a ton as KIT had 12 shots in first then had 12 combined in the 2nd & 3rd. PK struggled but killed off a huge one in the 3rd.

Brown-Beamish-Filak are just ridiculous right now. Best players on the ice tonight. It felt like they couldn't lose a board battle or a race to puck all game. They get them within one, then tie it. Great pass by Filak to set Beamish up. Brown looked like a man possessed tonight. Was insane watching him some shifts. They gotta do everything in their power to convince Beamish to stay past next season lmao. He's magic with Brown.

They aren't playing enough, but Letang puts 17 & 19 on the ice with under 5 minutes left in a tie game & look what they (& Wainwright) do! Have a fantastic shift before banging in the GWG. Such a massive goal for this team & for that line.

Another good game from JJ-Hall-Luecke. They had a ton of zone time, brought a ton of energy, back checked hard & were chirping KIT all night which I love. Drags everyone into the fight. At first I was mad seeing them out there with 1:40 left, but they earned it. Luecke is slowly becoming a solid role player with his size, skating & willingness to hit, take hits, fight.

Defensively they carried over that 3rd period in the Soo to tonight 5on5. Probably gave up 12-15 shots 5on5 all night. Vs a really dangerous, good team. Fischer-Young are just so reliable back there. Little bit of everything with that pair. O'Brien-Hurt continues to be such an awesome 2nd pair. Simple. Aggressive. Reliable. Didn't see 16/27/43 a ton, but im okay with that in this type of game.

As he almost always is, Surzycia was great in net. I can honestly say I haven't felt this comfortable/at ease with a goalie in our net since Fazio. Thornton at times, but he didn't play a ton, Gaudreau was so up & down you never could feel at ease. Nick gives them a chance every night & really comes up with timely saves.

LET'S GO!!

I do have to say Edwards looks like a different player on wing. Feel bad hes slowly getting the hang of it.
Karimov made some good plays tonight just wish he would play a bigger role

Beamish 15/25
Wainwright 8/13
Di iorio 3/5
Not too shabby I'd say.

Yah he's definitely been better the last couple games..seems like he's figuring it out..smart player knew he would. Still want him at C, but idk how they do it outside of trading Wainwright.

Beamish is one of the best FO guys I've seen here. He's absolute money.

Did the same thing they've been doing. It's Di Iorio & Karimov & different guys take shifts as their RW. Sometimes it was 12, sometimes 11 & sometimes 40. For that shift it started with Beamish, but it was an extended Ozone shift so Beamish changed for wainwright who came on & scored.

Brown 10pts in last 6 games.

Great for him. Glad he’s finally find his groove this year after a lot of potential shown last year.

Friendly reminder he is a 2026 NHL draft eligible. I predict top 2 rounds

Mature performance tonight. Could have easily packed it in after a tough first period but they toughed it out and got the comeback win. I find that especially impressive after getting beat by Kitchener 6-1 and 5-0 in the first two matchups this season.

The top line continues to dominate. That line has outscored opponents 12-3 over the last six games. Brown looks better and better with every passing game. I noticed him using his speed more on the rush and in the zone today. Great to see Wainwright finally snap his 14 game goalless drought with the game-winner.

Surzycia was really solid. I thought the two breakaway saves on Ellinas and Vermeulen in the second period helped settle the team down. After that they played really solid defensive hockey. The most impressive part to me was the way they locked Kitchener down after Wainwright's go-ahead goal. They've blown a lot of leads but tonight they only allowed one shot in the final 4:30.

That's the first three game winning streak since mid-October. Hopefully they can really suprise us and make it four on Friday against the Knights

Definitely been great to see. He has to keep it up though a couple hot weeks wont mean much if he goes into a long slump again. But you see the tools. He's strong on the puck, good hands in tight areas, works his tail off & is showing some real speed lately. Excited to see how he develops over the next few years.

It's nice to see this group rebound. This should be a 4-game winning streak as the Flint loss was more unfortunate than anything, but 3-0-1 last 4. In the 3 wins they've allowed 2 goals, 3 goals & 2 goals. The defensive breakdowns have been cut down drastically as have the turnovers.

Offensively they've been finding the net consistently led by the top line, but they are getting good minutes from all 4 lines. Even the lines not scoring much are giving them good minutes & spending time in the offensive zone. The back pressure in transition has also been noticeably better. Not seeing many 3on2s against or goals where you think the D got left out to dry by the Fs.

They aren't out of the woods & 3 of the 4 came against teams not competing, but to me that doesn't matter. It's about progress & signs they are figuring it out. Tonight was the best example of it vs an incredibly structured, smart & well coached team. Not making bad mistakes, not taking stupid penalties, not being selfish & making smart, winning plays.

It looks like the team is buying in to how they have to play to win. Energetic, Physical, relentless & playing as a team. Thats what's nice to see because those couple weeks were damn near unwatchable. They are still gonna have their ups & downs, but if they play like this most nights I'll leave most games pretty happy.

PP still stinks. 17/19 need to play more, but Letang's urgency has clearly woken the team up a bit & whatever he's been working on in practice has been working. Hopefully he sticks with this even when they add a new assistant.

Have absolutely 0 confidence in them winning in London. Best team in the OHL if not CHL & even without Cowan, Dickinson, Bonk, Halutennen they've beaten WSR, KIT & smoked Erie tonight. They are a tier above everyone else, but if we can keep it close that would be nice & give the team some confidence with them playing 2 times shortly after the break.

Absolutely

I think he will be a big point producer in this league- same with Edwards and Di orio.

Potentially 3 1st or second round nhl draft picks from the sting next year?

Barr, Hurt and Bridgewater- of those 3 I am sure 2 of them atleast become good top 4 d on your 2026-27 team when you guys are going for it.

I saw beamish is going to Penn state for 2026/27? Probably plays this year and gets traded at next deadline for picks I would assume to help for the year after?

And this year I assume one of young/fischer gets traded so one of those 3 d men can hopefully figure something out with more minutes. You guys are definitely in a great spot right now. Not to mention Max Grovenstine has some great numbers despite limited games in the OJHL. 2 years down the road I see you guys as a top 5 team without a doubt and probably a better pick situation than some other teams. I assume if there’s some really good d you pick them with your 1st round draft pick unless you get first overall- then you’d pick BPA and from the sounds of it, seems like it’s very forward heavy this year.

Sarnia, Kitchener, Niagara, North Bay will all be great. Peterborough I think im leaning towards as the 5th team

Going to be a fun team the next few years
