Not a great d core, but 2 of our top 4 have been out half the games and 1 of them hasn’t played a game all year, with those two back and a little coaching things will tighten up

We have 2 stop complaining about Reesor being out and Kammerer. They might be top 4 dmen for the sting but would be 5 or 6 on other teams. Reesor played decent last year but wasnt a superstar. Hasnt played a game so he will be a while getting his timing back. Some games Kammerer played this year were exc and some others were so so. Reesor size will help.

Hence why I said not a great d core but two of OUR top 4 are out which hurts US, reesor will never be a super star, he’s purely a defensive defenceman and he did that well in his first year in the league last year, and that is exactly what we need.....defence, he will help our pk and 5 on 5 play a lot defensively. So at the end of the day two guys in your top 4 hurts when they are out. Means guys like mast, dillingham, and nolet have to step, and fill shoes.

The way Kooy has played this year I don't think you can expect a big return if you are hoping to trade him.

Clearly Kooy was unhappy in London and wanted out for whatever reasons . He’s obviously shown in previous seasons he’s a high quality goalie . Should we just ignore and write off what he’s done in the past because he’s had a slow start ? Doesn’t look like the rest of team is lighting the world on fire either . Should we blame the Knight’s poor start this year totally on the goalie ?
So much of playing goalie more than any other position in hockey is between the ears.
Getting away from what he felt was a dysfunctional situation could totally rejuvenate him . It’s happened a million times in the world of sports .

Reesor is a perfect 2nd pairing Dman on most teams. Last year as a rookie he consistently was are best defensive dman. He is so reliable at breaking up passes, stopping the cycle game with his size & he never tries to do to much. Something this Dcore severely lacks. They have missed his reliable play a ton.

Kammerer on the other hand hasn't progressed as much as i hoped since an amazing first half of his rookie season but on are team he is still a top-4 dman for us. He is probably are 2nd best puck mover behind Hjorth. Nolet has impressed but we gotta see it over a sustained period of time. Kammerer also defends the cycle better than most of are current dmen. Luckily he should be back in 2or3 weeks.

Really ? This comment doesn't even pass the straight face test. Do you think the GM's around the league would ignore what Kooy has done in the previous 2 seasons and base his worth on 5 games this year where the team is off to a poor start ? Hate to break it to you but the grapes aren't really sour. They actually taste great.

London #Knights still looking to move Jordan Kooy - Not a whole lot of interest. They've also put Nathan Dunkley up for trade.

Having watched Kooy for the last two years in London, if he plays to his potential, you guys could do some damage this year. Time will tell.

LOL, yeah because he knows everything right? I'll give him some credit on breaking some trades before they are released but the fact that Kooy was known to want out of London makes it very easy for ANYONE to make a comment like that.

It's actually ridiculous that people down the 402 have thrown this kid under the bus so fast. Basing his entire tenure in the OHL off of 5 games so far this season? I think its a case of "Kooy doesn't want to be in London, screw him". I can't wait for the first Sarnia/London match up this year. Hope Kooy gives the middle finger right back to all the haters who turned on him so quick.

Bang on. It's been FIVE games...FIVE! On a London team that seems to start slow out of the gate last few years. Talk about jumping the gun then some...holy cow.

We could really use a good weekend from are bottom-6. Lately it's all been Rees' lines & McGregor's line doing all the scoring.

Specifically players like Guy, Hill, Mack need to step it up vs solid teams like Flint & Owen Sound. Most likely won't win with just 2 lines doing all the work.

It took him a few weeks but i feel like O'Donnell has adjusted to the speed of the league & has been much better his last 3or4 games. Be nice if he got his first.

Curious if any of Ressor, Kammerer or Perreault will be back in the line up tonight?

Heard Reesor suffered a set back.. Might not see him for a while.

Kammerer should be back within the next 5-7 games.

Perreault went home to get his injury checked out. Make of that what you want.

Nice offense makes up for multiple defensive blockhead plays.
Rees has been an absolute magician with the puck, and paired with a couple trigger men... VERY fun to watch!!
Hatcher demolishing everybody in sight - also very fun to watch!!
