- Mandy Pope dropped $5 million on a Curlin colt. Pope usually chooses fillies at these sales. She purchased yesterday's top seller as well.
- Total Sales: $66,245,000 with 110 head sold.
- $1 Million or more: Curlin lead the sires category with four babies sold at $1 million+. Sixteen head sold overall for seven figures.
- Good Day for the Boys: Of the 16 $1 million+ purchases, 13 are colts.
- Total Officially Tabulated: $116,925,000 spent through two days.
