Seider is still a stud that I'd give my left nut for and the biggest reason I would rank him after Sanderson is that I'm an Ottawa fan and that's my favourite player. Give that kid a decent partner not named Chiarot and it'll make a world of difference.
We'd be saying the same thing in Ottawa if Zub didn't exist and the only option to give Sanderson was Hamonic. Which has happened for much of Sanderson's career. Dude would make 3 brilliant defensive plays with 2 guys on him to put the puck flat on Hamonic's tape where he was on no pressure island, and Hammer would still manage to give the puck back to the other team. Or poorly back to Sanderson in his skates while being in a bad spot to take a pass to begin with. Partners make a difference lol

Exactly. Sanderson is fantastic and I'm not going to argue that Seider is better, just a different player, a bit more physical but Sanderson's got better offense right now. Harley is also the same level of player.
Just to act like Sedier is a distant 3rd is insane. He was playing at the level Harley is now in his rookie season. He's not gotten any worse, he's just gotten harder and harder deployment every year (again, both last and this year, playing among the hardest minutes in the entire league) because the rest of the defense is abysmal outside of Edvinsson. Seider is a 1D, Ed is a 2/3D right now, and then everyone else is a 4/5D (Chiarot/Johansson) or AHL calibre (Holl, Gustafsson, Petry).
Then Seider and then Sanderson but all are still devloping.

Harley puts up 65-70+ points this season if he didn't spend the first like 50 games behind Heiskanen. Stars even refused to give him consistent 2nd PP time, often double-shifting Miro. Crazy now that we look back on it that they never tried him with the top unit, especially with how much the PP was struggling.
All of that to just find out he's much better than Miro offensively. No surprise he's only trailing Makar in defensive points & goals since then and has truly emerged as a #1D.
I'm hoping he doesn't have to take a backseat to Heiskanen again next season.

I wonder how the GMs and players would view these players if they were given the choice of one to start a team with?
