On a more serious note adding Granlund to be 3C if mitts gets going let's the Avs roll 3 scoring oriented lines which is how they have had success in the past.

That probably works more for both teams. Just picks for Granlund (with a third team retaining).

Given that Granlund seems to thrive when given a bigger role, do you think it would make sense to have him center the second line, and move Middelstadt down to give him easier matchups on the 3rd line?
