I'd move Havlat for Michalek for the cap space alone. I would take Nieto over Havlat in a top 9 role, leaving Havlat on the 4th line ($5M on the 4th line!)

That's a pretty fast and deep line up. If Michalek doesn't work out, then we rotate one of Shep or Brown (hopefully Shep).
The tricky part will be for Doug to unload Irwin and Kennedy for a LHD man under $2M (suggestions?).
Also, I'd be fine with moving Tennyson for a LHD since I don't see him displacing Braun/Demers/Boyle in the upcoming season(s), and I think it would be a better use of our assets to round out our d-core now. Not trying to mortgage the future, I just think we have a shot this year and would like a bit stronger D from the left side.
