The Gulls are even more exciting than before, with the influx of Zegras, Drysdale, Dostal, Perreault and Tracey, on top of Groulx, Mahura, Benoit, Drew, and other suspects.

Sounds like Drysdale and Perreault might return to the OHL soon, so hopefully we catch some more games with them.

This weekend we have 2 games against the Eagles, who only now will open the season. Eagles don't seem to have much exciting young talent on the team outside of Foudy (18 yo) and Mutala (19 yo)

Let's goooooooo!!!

It's incredible how talent-stacked this team is, even if Z, Dry, Perreault and Tracey are underaged, but there are players to look out for every shift.

It's amazing. Pumped!!!

It’s hard to maintain perspective with these young kids in the AHL this year. I find myself being disappointed in their play at times, and then I realize their age again and forget they shouldn’t even be in the pros yet.

Someone said Zegras was playing center in the last game; how did he look and who were his wingers?

He was playing center in the 2nd half of the game because Sam Carrick got hurt. He played with De Leo and I think Perreault, but there were a lot of special teams in the 3rd period so not too much even strength time. He seemed ok, got dummied a couple times in the faceoff circle, though. Overall, not enough ice time to really learn anything.

Based off of the AHL transaction page, Dostal might be getting the night off. Stolarz will probably get this game, and Dostal tomorrow. Agozzino and Lettieri are both on the Gulls’ roster, which would help a lot if Sam Carrick is indeed still injured.

I’ve never been this into an AHL team since the 2006-2007 Wolfpack days.

There is a lot of talent on this roster and the near future looks really strong for Anaheim. The last few games have been fun to watch.

Would make sense that they want to get Stolarz some game action.

Sucks to see that Tracey will not play. Prrtty telling is that Perreault is in the lineup

Zegras with some turnovers early

I will say Drysdales physicality is better than advertised even in this league where he is undersized he uses a fair bit of physical play, by no means a Scott Steven’s but more than I thought he would use
