Would trading Sam Reinhart to keep all 3 of Bennett, Ekblad & Marchand and not having to move anyone else around be benefial to the Florida to keep the team as close as possible sor the start of the 2025/26 season? Or moving Luostarinen and/or Rodriguez would just make more sense?

Please note that Reinhart is signed until July 1st 2032 @ 8.625M & has a M-NTC (16 teams no trade)

If the price for all of Bennett, Ekblad, and Marchand is in the 8M+ range then you just keep the clearly more skilled player in Reinhart. While I get the voting was clearly lopsided for Barkov, he still finished 2nd in the Selke race and that's valuable. Take it from a Flames fan, you can have a bunch of guys on your team that play playoff style hockey. But if there isn't enough skill to get you to the playoffs then it's pointless. Acquiring skilled players in this league is very difficult outside of tanking in the draft, role players can be replaced, especially if it's the culture that drives the teams success.

Die hard Panthers fan and I can honestly say Sam Reinhart, the highest-paid Panther, has no goals and one assist in his last six games and his ice time is declining. Where are the Sabres fans who told me how much they would miss him? When I hear of all the positive qualities the team lacked in the past, I think of Reinhart.
