If you watch this play realtime you'll see a guy hockey stopping and trying to maintain contact with his man as he's falling to the ice.

And I'm no Panthers fan.

Looks like he's desperately trying to seal the boards by throwing his body backwards while spinning.

Reckless, but to suggest he intentionally puts his elbow into the head is a huge judgement call.
