Sam Dickinson vs Cole Hutson

Dickinson was taken with the Sabres’ 1st, Hutson 32 picks later with the Sabres’ 2nd, Dickinson had a pretty bad WJC with 1 pt in 4 games and he batted a puck in his own net while Hutson is I believe the 2nd leading scorer after ASP, Carle seems to play him over his own guy Buium a lot, and BTW Lane Hutson just won rookie of the month

It’s probably very close. No way Hutson should’ve went in the second round. Should’ve went like a round earlier and then maybe you give Dickinson the slight edge to break a virtual tie due to that he is like 5-6 inches taller.

But I could also see Hutson just having more upside with the puck and being better for that reason.

I've liked what I've seen from Hutson quite a bit more in the wjc, but it's a short tournament.
