My father hung me on a hook once....once.
Saginaw picks up a 2nd in 2025. Nice work
Fantastic trade to speed up turnaround time. Saginaw future looking real good.

I disagree. Kingston is better tonight than earlier today. Vellaris was 8/9 dman and Weir struggled to stay in lineup. We have 3 players that can contribute and bring extended playoff experience. Who TF knows what any of those draft picks could have been, personally I don’t care.

To be fair, they lost in the playoffs lol. But they did win in memorial cup lol so it evens out hahaKingston is absolutely better than yesterday...
Willis is a legit offensive player and he'll play on your #1 or #2 line depending on pairings.
Hay is one of the best faceoff guys in the league and will log a lot of minutes on the penalty kill too. I wasn't sure of his value last year when we gave up a lot for him but when you need that big faceoff win or blocked shot, he came up big.
Bishop is one of those guys who I didn't think would play much last year and all he did was log lots of minutes and rarely made a bad play. He is a traditional defenseman that makes a good first pass and isn't noticed a lot on the ice which when you're playing with Parekh is probably a good thing. He's a #2/#3 defensive pair and you'll be glad to have him.
Did Kingston get Owen Beck in this trade...no but they got 3 players who know what it takes to win in the playoffs and they'll all play a vital role in the success of the fronts. Saginaw "won" this trade IMO but Kingston still got some really good pieces for their team.
Even when you lose, you figure out what it takes. Winning a 7-game series against Flint the prior year and then getting whooped on by Sarnia showed young players what it took to win. Some of that is flat out better players but it's also an attitude of blocking shots and doing whatever it takes. Willis, Hay and Bishop are 3 guys who certainly know that and I'm sure will be willing to do it in Kingston. To be fair, they lost in the playoffs lol. But they did win in memorial cup lol so it evens out haha
I'm good with what we've done. Don't have to move everything that isn't nailed down.Hope we trade a couple more
Thank god for Michael Misa. Honestly for 10 F's they played really well against a really good Rangers team. Heck of a win.
Epperson Misa Chernyshov
Coutier Harmer Mangone

Size is a real factor. Brz for London is rated 17th and Reid for Kitchener 27th. There is nothing I like better about Brz's game over Reid's, except that he's 2" taller. I admit my bias, but I saw Hunter Brz here last couple years and Cameron Reid is ahead of him at 17 in having a complete game to where Hunter was at 18.Mid term rankings were released. Among NA skaters,
Misa 3rd
Epperosn 45th
Glavin 103rd
Harmer 106th
Clouthier 193rd
Trethewey 37th
-Schaefer currently has the top spot. Hagens at 2. Martone 4. Not much separating the big 4 atm. With Schaefer out, Misa has a window to make scouts move him up a spot or 2.
-Scouts seem to be noticing Epperson. His rank currently would put him somewhere in the late 3rd or early 4th.
-Harmer creeping closer to the top 100 in NA. If he continues his strong play, could see him finishing in the 80's. Be a 5-6th rounder.
-Clouthier's size really is keeping him down. He's been right there with Harmer. If he was just 3 inches taller.
I'm a Flames fan who has been watching the Spirit for Parekh (and somewhat for Misa) since November and Cloutier is my favorite of the non-Misa first time draft eligibles. No shade to the other guys but Cloutier is such an effective player. Not the most skilled player but he's a spark plug and is constantly making positive plays. I also don't really think size holds him back that much, he's an effective forechecker and wins a lot of puck battles.Mid term rankings were released. Among NA skaters,
