If they trade Misa you will see a dramatic drop in attendance almost immediately. You won’t see it from ticket purchases right away but you will see all the corporate season ticket seats empty which will hurt season ticket sales next year. Saginaw sells a lot of season tickets to corporate sponsors and after hyping him for 2 years and trading him now will not go over well. I am not sure anyone has enough to give away in order to get him but I may be wrong. I could see us trading to get Luke Misa to play with Michael.
Luke won’t be back next year

If Michael is back. Windsor would be in the mix for sure, probably London as always but I think a team like Brantford would be a team to watch

With Parekh and Misa back next year, along with a war chest of picks why the heck would Saginaw look to sell next year? Heck, they could go all in with all of their new assets THIS year too and be a viable contender.

I've never seen anything like this in hockey. If Misa or Parekh were included in this deal, it would be approaching a fair price. Kingston has taken over as the league's most embarrassing organization.
Had no young players to include so used their crap load of draft picks at their disposal.

Had to push chips in with the amount of 2005’s on the team one way or another. Probably won’t amount to a championship but if you don’t play the game you can’t win either

Maybe. Who’s playing goalie? Where’s the depth going to be?

If Saginaw was real smart and was wanting to do this- trading chernyshov too would be a great move to stockpile picks

Pick situation after today. Everything back and stocked up for next run. And we could still deal Parekh next year possibly. A+ work.

Updated roster projection after today. Honestly don't think this team is any worse than what we had before the trades. Would like to see Weir play with Zhilkin. Get him some actual ice time. Maybe work him into PP2.

Looking at this we might go get one more forward. We can run 11-7, and have a lot this year, but might be good to get a reclamation project for the 13th F.

Kingston gives up a total of 16 picks for 3 players. Willis will be missed on and off the ice. I thought when Saginaw gave up 7 picks last year for Hay that was crazy but this is even crazier. I get Kingston wants to make a run for it but are Hay and Bishop going to put you over the top? Willis is definitely going to help but is he a top tier guy that will put your team over the top? Time will tell and hope he does well but I think Saginaw came out the big winner. Thank you Kingston.

I think he thought he had to pay an exchange rate when trading with a U.S. team. Kingston is worse off today than they were yesterday. Willis is a solid player but 8 picks? The other two they could have had for 3 picks, a coke, bag of chips and gas money. I don’t care what else happens, this is the deal of the year.

I disagree. Kingston is better tonight than earlier today. Vellaris was 8/9 dman and Weir struggled to stay in lineup. We have 3 players that can contribute and bring extended playoff experience. Who TF knows what any of those draft picks could have been, personally I don’t care.
