Islanders beat us with 4 defenseman for most the game.2 injuries and a Kea is hard to overcome
I love how I was optimistic about the goaltending and not much else heading into the season. Turns out it is one of the biggest factors of our slow start. We can never have nice and reliable things.
Ah, so it was a matter of it not being an open hand? Seems like the right call based on the language here. Suckshttps://media.nhl.com/site/asset/public/ext/2024-25/2024-25Rules.pdf
79.1 Hand Pass - A player shall be permitted to stop or “bat” a puck in the
air with his open hand, or push it along the ice with his hand, and the
play shall not be stopped unless, in the opinion of the on-ice officials,
he has directed the puck to a teammate, or has allowed his team to
gain an advantage, and subsequently possession and control of the
puck is obtained by a player of the offending team, either directly or
deflected off any player or official.
Super smart play by Power to regroup on what was definitely a missed offsides
Trade him so he can win the cup
He is badI can pick on Dahlin, but man, everytime Tuch touches the puck Im convinced he's going to do some dumbassery.
Also they cant go above .500. 3 winns now they Will Lose 2-4 and then they need to fight back to .500. This is just bad coaching from both teams letting in that many goals . Send levi Down and get a good backup
He's had some great games , no doubt, but the position as a whole has been lackluster. You're right about Reimer though . He should've been up and Levi down in Rochester. At least to start the year. Waiving him was dumb.UPL was huge in the 3-game win streak we took into this game. Every goalie is gonna have some stinkers. I’m certainly not ready to crucify him yet.
(The team waiving a stable veteran back up in favor of Levi again, however, was f***ing dumb.)
