This franchise is a ghost. It needs to end. With that said, I don;t put any of this shit on Krebs. Can we juxtapose his linemates to offer more context. I thought this kid was going to be a Briere 2.0 and I was wrong, but he's not the issue here.

He isn't THE issue but he his an issue and should be one of the easiest issues to address. If they aren't willing to address an issue that small I have no hope for them to address the serious issues.

Back in the 0607 series there was a game that may have been New Year’s Eve where a bunch of us were talking about a game and I posted something about this might be the high watermark. It’s kind of sad that it’s been almost 20 years of nothing Good since then and I kind of regret making that post.

Actually GI is the one thing that has consistently been called all year.

If the player goes into the blue on their own and contact is made with the goalie in any fashion whether by themselves or being pushed into the goalie by the other team, it’s coming back.

I would agree it's being called but I fail to see it the conditions you cite being consistently applied.

Lafferty's stick touching the tip of Murray's was incidental and Laff was outside the paint. Heck, I'm not convinced the blade point contact itself was in the paint.

Murray allowed himself to get all stretched out and the location of his stick vis a vis a vis his reset to the path of Power's shot was irrelevant.\

And deeper shit happens when NHL Toronto is being asked to make a ruling in a Leaf's game.

I think when there is contact like that it should be looked at automatically.. no way should a team be penalized for wanting a play like that looked at.
