we’re seeing the consequences of the poor choice of the organization to develop too many young guys at the NHL level, with a coaching staff that was tasked to develop their own coaching at the NHL level, with a group of leadership core that was of poor quality built by a GM that was developing his management style, but needed to make sure his “vision” he sold Pegula worked so he can keep him here because he couldn’t get a job anywhere else.

We are left with a limited capable team that has no emotional attachment to one another, because that is just not a part of their identity as a player, and there’s nobody on organization that has that in them because the organization hasn’t targeted those sort of guys with their drafting.

Sharks are my second team and they’ve lost like 8 in a row, yet somehow their game against Toronto just felt more interesting from the start. Because they always try, they just legit suck, whereas Sabres are jelly and Hyde.

I like most of this.....but I do think this team does have emotional attachment to each other. It doesn't do them any good, but it's there.

I’m just not impressed with it. I feel it’s really what ismissing from the team and their inconsistency in their play from game to game.
