I would have loved to see a healthy Kess but Ruff didn't trust him this year and I guess they didn't want to take a chance for next year and instead get what they could.

Its a bad trade because chances are the player you want at 20 is possibly there at 27th and the talent from 20-27 is all the same by that point.

It only makes sense to make that trade in real time during the draft when the player you want is available at 20.

Jarmo should have been way more patient here. Even if he had to wait a month after FA signings statrted, someone would have been more desperate for a big, mobile RHD than this.

Like Murray, he is just willing to toss assets for pennies. Rosen and Kesserling may not have been Ruff favorites but they were still assets.

This is no way for a small market organization to operate
