Congratulations! Not sure if this is your first or not, but i just wanted to alleviate any fears that might come over you tonight. Young ones (especially one day olds) rarely stay awake for the whole game. That doesn't mean he's not loving it... it's just he's gonna be really tired.

I miss the newborn baby phase. They just sleep and eat. Cuddles are incredible.

If you're wife is anything like mine, she got wild on PPD. The only thing that seemed to fix it was watching hockey. And she doesn't even like the sport haha. TV was just hockey non-stop for a few months - never watched so many Wings games in my life. Never happened again. 2nd kid was the same but it was Seinfeld instead of hockey
