What if Stutz got a serious concussion or worse? If the NHL was serious about protecting players, Hartman would get 15 games. But he'll probably get only 2.

i mean the whole Tkachuk family dodges bigger fighters so that's not exactly a tactic unique to Hartman.

Hartman is one of those players that the league can't give a lesser punishment to even if they wanted. Expect an in person hearing from the league announcement and it will be a 10+ game suspension.
