Surprised he doesn't have a thread, but anyways, Kasper Pikkarainen is a 6'3 Finnish Winger for TPS who recently got promoted from U20 to Liiga. Late 06' birthday just under a PPG. Well-rounded game and a decent physical player. His skating looks a bit average but he looks like the time of player scouts value and could go in the middle rounds, maybe as high as R2-3 based on how he finishes the year.

FWIW I've only watched one game so far, but he's been on my radar for a little while now.

His dad played for the Devils, albeit mostly in the American League. Was a decently skilled power forward with a real mean streak, but not necessarily the smartest player around.

Realize it's a fairly common name, is he related to HPK coach Jarno Pikkarainen? He coached in Heinola in the early 2000's - successfully taking HeKi from Suomi Sarja to Mestis. Long way since those days.
