5 foot 10 / 185 RW from Calumet Michigan.

March 12th 2003

Didn't get drafted in his 1st draft year, but did score 25 goals, 60 points in just 15 games in the USHS
for the Calumet High and another 5 goals, 15 points in 5 play-offs games.

Huge jump from High School hockey to Major Junior hockey, impressive rookie season in the OHL,
he was 301st overall pick in the 2019 OHL Draft....value pick i'd say OMG.

Is 2nd in Spirit goals (19) and 3rd in points (41) 4th in pim (39)

has only 2 goals and 1 assist on the PP and 1 SH goal and an assist

Has the best +/- of his team, -3
- probably because he doesn't get much minutes, i dunno

Spirit have the 4th worst record in the OHL this season

Could be a keeper and a late round steal in this years draft

Still very strange, why was this kid passed, twice...

D season (USHS) 25 goals, 50 assists, 75 points, almost +50, in just 20 games
(in those 75 points included 15 points in 5 play-off games)

D+1 season (smallish role) 20+ goals, 50+ points, 40+ penalty minutes last season.
- his rookie season in the OHL

D+2 season (his last draft year, as a 19 year old, turns 20 next year)
7 points so far in 3 games..

HS hockey in Michigan is not the same level as say Minnesota where some good prospects still play HS. Most decent prospects from MI go to OHL, NAHL, or USHL etc. So I’m not surprised he got over looked in his draft year. Had a solid D+1 on a bad team but again his was a year older and there are tons of +1’s that put up his stat line, so again not shocking he wasn’t picked. He keeps it up though, he very well may earn himself a contract at the end of the year.
