Borna Rendulic played today the first game ever for any Croatian in elite level, Assat FEL. He is only 19 years old, i'd like to see what this kid develops into.

TOI 14:49 and -2 rating in 6-3 win for his team.

Big kid standing at 6'3''. Obviously to lead your team in points at the highest level in Finland at the age of 21 is fantastic so he has a lot of skill.

Does anyone know anything about him?

He's been talks with NJ Devils along with few other NHL-teams (Borna's interwiev in Finnish: http://www.jatkoaika.com/Haastattelu/borna-rendulic-%E2%80%93-ensi-kaudeksi-pohjois-amerikkaan/154006)

I'd love to see him to be succesful in the NHL but I'm afraid his ceiling is the KHL with Medveczak or Jokerit.

He's been pretty impressive this season though, so who knows.

Soft hands, but soft as player as well. I think big ice suits him better. As fin poster said in second post, his future lies in KHL either with Jokerit (if they want a player who proved himself in SM-liiga) or with his home-grown team, Medvescak.

But again, who knows...

There are not many good Croatian players, so he has a 100% spot in Medvescak if he decides to go back home. Although I think he wants to try NA first.
