He's the Datsyuk with sandpaperThis should be a good one, especially if Broberg is back to 100%.
Cant wait to see some Gritsyukian moves on the PK.

I think theyre up to 54 wins in a row now. Something around there.Doesn't Sweden have a ridiculous round robin record in this tournament? I'll go with them, but it should be a close one

I assume that's the 2007 team:The latest loss was against the US December 31, 2006. Quite a lot has happened since and the guys playing tonight were barely out of diapers![]()
Let's go Holtz, Mukhamadullin, and Gritsyuk!
Hopefully the scratches for today are Bjerselius and Hedström. I want to see Wallstedt in goal.
Big Boy game. Like Sweden's D far more than Russia's. About time that Holtz and Raymond show why they were picked so high in the NHL draft. Askarov, too.
That streak means nothing. I would almost prefer to have it ended and move on. Sweden are still underdogs in this tourney, so if anything it would be disappointing for the Russians to lose...Stopping 54 game winning streak should be a huge motivation for the Russians. We will have some more answers if Larionov can actually coach.

Where is it coming from? This is actually one of the best swedish teams on paper.Sweden has the weakest team in ages, doesn't surprise if the wining streak ends today.

Indeed, that D is extremmely solid, 2 solid goaltenders, they have 4 solid lines, but lack quality centers like last year... Thats overall a very good team...Where is it coming from? This is actually one of the best swedish teams on paper.
