Russian Olympic Committee approves competing as neutrals

Russia national hockey team captain Ilya Kovalchuk welcomed the ROC's approval, saying it would calm athletes after a period of turmoil.
"Thank God it's all behind us and we're going to the Olympics," Kovalchuk said.

So the neutral team should still be considered the favorite, right?

The Olympic Anthem is to be used for any ceremonies.

The team will compete under the Olympic flag with uniforms bearing the name "Olympic Athlete from Russia" or "OAR". What's not stated in the Olympic announcement is if the team will be able to use national colors as was done with the CIS unified 1992 hockey team.
