Wonder if they would ever target a dman on like a ELC. Someone like Mintyukov for example. I think targeting low cap hit guys is easier to fit in. I don’t watch the ducks so not sure on specific player but the strategy would make sense I think.

What I already expect from now to Friday:
Bottom 6 grit/size and a depth d, maybe a middle 6 if Kane gets traded.

That's it. Easy F grade.

Idk much about Soderblom, but he doesn't seem like a bad backup choice. That being said, I'd be surprised if we even trade for a goalie anymore. Just looks like the organization is only focused on bottom 6 grit, depth d until they know what to do with Kane.

So they want a forward with size and speed who can play multiple forward spots? On the lower end, the guy I've been talking about for a while, Brett Leason. He's huge, fast, right shot and might be due to break out as more of a player than he's shown on a bad ducks team.

Edit: gawddamn auto-correct, the Oilers have to pick him up now so Leason will just be added to my phone lol

What site is this? How is Kastelic for speed? He is a guy that interests me for the 4C position, Brazeau seems like a bit of a creampuff in comparison. The extra points are less important to me than someone who actually lays the body and uses their size.

I guess if he’s told JJ he isn’t signing in July, it should be a hell of a trade deadline on Friday.

Team should be able to afford a decent goalie and some decent depth scoring with Connor’s contract moved.
