Formenton would’ve been our fourth highest scoring forward this year comparing his last year in the NHL.

He’s no slouch and was just starting to solidify himself as a 0.5 ppg responsible speedster. Calling him a tweener is disingenuous. Second year in the league and again, would’ve been one of our top guys. We’re hurting for good wingers and more importantly, good wingers on good contracts. Formenton fits the bill.

Maybe. But again, four years ago. He's an insignificant player and has since retired from professional hockey. If Hart is signed coming out of this, it's probably close to league minimum considering the level of distraction it's likely to cause. I don't see teams even bothering with the other guys.

Issue with Boeser is he is another one of those forwards who mostly cheats for offence and is completely lost in his own zone. That’s a lot of money to spend on a guy Knoblauch will treat like Skinner. .

Boeser showed a lot of fight against the Oilers in the playoffs. He was very impressive.

If he played that last game of the series Vancouver may well have ended our playoff run. It was a close series. Injury bug derailed him a few times.

I like Boeser more than Debrusk.

Love Bouchard. Big asset. He plays good defense for stetrches....but his lapses are ten fold.
