Unless England turn it up and win by 2-3 I think England and Portail du sud (shoutout to @Power Man for that one) keep getting blasted in the media. Tying it up and winning on PKs or by two late ones or something is still really ugly for England.

Their shape in possession seems like it’s determine to both minimize Walker and Trippier’s strengths while simultaneously accentuating their weaknesses.

With how they look I don’t even think subs inside the first half are out of order.

But that would require Southgate admitting he butchered the lineup, so isn’t going to happen.

England are terrible with the possession of the ball, they have no idea how to make attacking plays. Bellingham is the only one who can make progressive moves, and he has to come way too deep to get the ball.

If the English still haven't produced a goal or at least several serious scoring chances by minutes 70-75 i can see Bellingham going out with a frustration send-off
