FLA essentially needed to win both at home because they would've been on the brink of elimination now, at best. Toronto has to possess that same sense of urgency on Wednesday in order to avoid the more daunting task of having its season on the line in the opposing team's rink. Realistically, you're bang on about Games 5, 6 and potentially 7 taking more of everything in order to gut out that all-important win.

I've only read that Domi has been fined, but not suspended.
Barkov line is now matched against the JT/Nylander line. Time to split them up.

Yup. Could have been 5 or 6 nothing if not for Woll. It's entirely unacceptable that 4 guys making $11M+ can't get at least one goal. Someone needs to explain to them those salaries weren't granted for regular season play.
Interesting that with all the heat Matthews is taking he’s still a point per game and has the highest +/-, while facing the toughest matchups the most.

Well the top guys need to preform obviously, the complete lack of secondary scoring from our bottom 6 is 100% a issue, but not the top issue right now.
This is a topic for another day, but Toronto needs to get bigger in the bottom 6 as well. Jarnkork/Robertson/Domi (not as much)/Holmberg for example can't wear down the d-man and forecheck. If you're not scoring, the least you could do is ware down the other team d-man.

I found the disparity between the hits and blocks pretty interesting amongst the top players.

Lorentz is the only bottom six worth while IMHO
Domi is what he is. Shows flashes and then disappears most of the time. He scored 8 goals during the season and was pathetic defensively
Fans love Laughton maybe because he is a home boy but what does he offer? Does he wear the D down? Can he score?
Another 1st rd pick wasted IMHO.
You can easily find these types in free Agency.
Holmberg,Jarnkrok, kempf could be scratched and we wouldn’t even notice.
McMann I like but too inconsistent.
Blame the Core 5 . They do need to be better. Reilly has been bad for yrs but always gets a pass for whatever reason.

We win faceoffs just so we can dump pucks in to lose possession.

All the Leafs need to do is hold serve at home and the series is theirs. They have to win Game 5 because I don’t see any way we come away with a W in Florida for Game 6. The series will be over if we can’t get the job done on Wednesday.
I don’t have any more faith that Matthews will show up offensively. He’s just not that guy. I have slightly more hope for Mitch, not a lot but at the very least he’s managed to put the puck behind Bobrovsky twice in two series.
Nylander feels like he’s due for a bounce back game. John has occasionally shown up in big moments, need him to do it again this series. If Knies keeps up his playoff play, Morgan can be “playoff Rielly” at least once more, and Pacioretty and/or Domi can provide secondary offence again we can win. God knows no one else will. McMann is a bum and the LL Cool J line can’t create anything off of their occasional good cycles. Need OEL to show up more too with offence from the backend; he got assists in the first two games at home but was noticeably detrimental in Florida.

Panthers have last change and they rotated their center matchup to Lundell vs Matthews in Game 4 while throwing Jones Mikkola against them. That basically means you don’t need to waste your best in Barkov on Matthews and you can just throw two big length defenders out on the back end to box them all out.

Not sure if the Florida Panthers part owners tweet has been shared here or is allowed to be shared. But the leafs need to use that as bulletin board material. Florida is getting VERY c**ky for for the series only being 2-2. I can’t wait till we stomp them.
