I'm just surprised he can go from no weight on the leg to starting a playoff game in less than 48 hours

And if a miracle happened and his leg is fine, then i don't know how he escaped without a concussion there.

It all seems like a smokescreen to me except the caps wouldn't be allowed to have him out there if he got a concussion.

Thompson game time decision, boo him louder. Enter his exit from the ice to the Mike Ribeiro fake seizure hall of shame. Buddy probably wanted off the ice with how badly the Caps were leaving him hanging.

While he was lights out to start the game, it seemed he was rattled in the 2nd period. Lots of pucks to the net were big rebounds. Not sure if it was the crowd, the goals that went in or both that got to him.
