Such a bad matchup, the Jets speed cannot keep up with the Avs. If the Jets met like Minnesota, then yeah they have a chance.

As much as Hellebuyck has sucked in this series, Ehlers is just as worse. Guy is just floating out there.

Ehlers has been involved and had some near misses. He’s been dangerous even if it didn’t amount to points. The guy to question is Scheiffele. Very good player but he’s being outplayed by Casey Mittelstadt. And when you’re talking about Mittelstadt, you’re also talking about Lehkonen.

Jets should have blown this team up last offseason. Now they are locked in with a team that will always be on the cusp of a playoff spot and a guaranteed first round ousting.

Toffoli and Monahan are useless against the fast Avs.

He’s not. Hellebuyck keeps his team in the game for a while. But the relentless grinding nature and the elevated skill level eventually leads to bursting pipes. A lot of the Avs goals are fast twitch confined area plays.

Interesting. Since you probably don't know. The Jets have more players from USA, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland than they do from Canada.

This a lie, but regardless they are a Canadian team...and weak minded. Canadian city. Canadian Coach. Canadian C and As.

A healthy Canucks team is better. But even still, that's a lot like being the smartest kid on the short bus

Helle has been fine, not great. Prior to this game, he was 14 points better than Georgiev in save percentage. If you need your goalie to be 30, 40, 50 points better than the guy across from him in order to win, it’s not his fault. Look elsewhere in the lineup for the real problem.

Helly could be better, but the Jets are being overwhelmed by the Avs' talent on every shift.
