I’d have interest on a cheap flyer for the rest of the season would be fine depth for a low cost. 26 goals last year he can still play for sure

If he’s going to a contender then most don’t have much more space then league minimum anyways be surprised if he got over 1 million

Probably. Guy seems to hate a lot of people. Tampa was pretty quick to get rid of him after what was the best regular season in league history when Vancouver offered up a conditional first. Took a couple years but he started to beef with Bo Horvat there, Horvat gets traded. Vancouver doesn't suck last year (PDO) so if he was beefing with anyone it went pretty well ignored because it didn't become a total distraction. Vancouver is back to being shit this year and he's beefing with EP, as well as rumors that others want out there as well. Sometimes a guy is just flat out toxic for no other reason than he's an asshole.

Where would he play? He might be an upgrade on Roslovic in the bottom 6 on an RBA team, but then you’re subtracting another right shot forward. I hope they’re zeroing in on C depth as they ain’t got that at the moment. They seem fine on the wings.

Why would they take a young, RHD, who is leading their defense in point, and sit him or trade him? They are a playoff bound team. It doesn't make any sense.

Would replace Jaaska with the ability to move up and down the lineup. I doubt he comes here anyways there is probably a team that can give him more of a opportunity

Obviously he replaces Roslovic when we trade him and KK for EP!!

Apparently their GM, Blake, has made bad decisions with trading good prospects before, but even with that information, I doubt he gets traded. If he is traded, you'd think it'd be for a really good roster player.

I doubt we have a chance, but man, he'd give a big extension to our core from the blue line since he's only 21. He's already done well for a young defenseman playing his first full season, and yeah, he's a RHD. That's a big deal. He's also 6'2 and 200 pounds already.

If they aren't trading him, I don't know what they're doing with his decrease in ice time. Really stupid.

Saad probably doesn't make sense for us unless we trade one of our wingers for a 4C or RD, but I think a lot of contenders who lack cap space or draft capital would love to get in on that.
