Have a feeling we will trade for somebody that has not been considered "available" and it'll be completely out of the blue. Similar to when we got Skjei and Trocheck, neither of whom were in any trade rumors until we grabbed them like right at the deadline that year. Not gonna make any guesses as to who that mystery player might be. Of course I could see us just getting Miller instead but I don't consider him that big of a splash or the result of a "pounce."

Yes but I doubt they want that contract on the books now. It was either miller rantanen or EP according to Freidman they had 3 separate trades lined up and they chose the rantanen deal
