Quinn was talking about problems with the mentality of this team from the get go to be fair to him. Ryan Strome apparently knew better though.

I think Quinn also said he realized he was micromanaging and needed to ease up and not coach them like college kids

but also yeah, Strome was blowing off the coaches to the media as well, this team really has been full of itself even before they got some runs deep into the playoffs

I don't know why "Kreider had injuries" is some great profundity.

What I would be pissed about is if we rushed players over the offseason who needed surgery that would take 10-12 months to recover because they were holding out for an olympic birth. I think there was a story like that for some other player recently.
