Here's my suggestion for Drury. If you're giving out nmc, never ever give it for the length of the contract, 2 years sure, then it has to shift to 15 team, and in the final year there's no limit to teams. So for Miller and Cuylle this should happen

I think he would ask for over 60mm for 8 years, and he’ll end up 5.85 for 3 or 4 years.
