It was VERY poor. If they could have swung a trade to move up and grab a Sedin brother that would have been the move. Havlat probably the most valuable guy after that and he went way late.

At least we weren't the NYI and whiffed on all 4 first round pics, 3 in the top 10.

I never said I dont like him. Rangers young d depth is not the best. Rangers should try to pry one of the young d from a team with depth like the Habs, Wild etc

Tampa is looking really good with Bjorkstrand and Gourde. The price was steep but I think it’s worth it. Thought Smith would be a good fit there.

Yeah Mercer I could see. When we played them in 2023, he looked like he would be a huge factor.

He ended up being mid and left a huge hole in their lineup.
