oh you'll hear all about it after they don't score in the 1st period tomorrow...How good is he with Fox?

They’re both desperate which is why trade has been rumored for a month
One type is more likely to be on net, get a rebound or be tipped. It sure isn't the big slapper everyone clears away from so the goalie has a clear view. No sense continuing this. My point is supported by the way the game has changed and the higher PP percentages against the big goalies with huge equipment. Big slappers are deadYou are moving the goal posts. No shot hard or weak is good if it misses the net.
Don't worry he got Fox now
The whole team is bad away from Q Hughes.is this a bad time to mention how bad Miller is away from Q Hughes ?
Travelling to NY must be a long flight because you just aged JT from 31 to 33My hatred for Drury grows....
Chytil is just as good as Miller 5v5
Yes he's a concussion away from retiring but miller has mental issues which are serious too and he's 33!
We needed to sell!
Kreider, mika, Lindy and Panarin are the issues
Guarantee miller will fall right in line with the clubhouse atmosphere...
2/3 of our BEST line this year are gone while these lazy vets remain..

Nah. The Rangers gave away next to nothing for a 100 point player. The Canucks needed this a lot more than the Rangers which is why it didn't cost them much.
JT Miller will have trade value for years. You can't just look at it for this season. Chytil is one check away from never playing again or not playing for another year.
This was a smart move. As much as I like Chytil, he's not a dependable asset. He just isn't.
He’s not going anywhere until the offseason at the earliest either at this point.Yeah but that means he has Lindgren too.
There in lies the issue. They've moved around a bunch of parts and the only one that they really needed to move was Trouba.
Lindgren is the worst skater on the team and was last year too.
HE STILL EXSITS.
I agree with this. They are taking the biggest risk. I'm as big as fan as anybody in Fil's talent. However, i can't see him having much trade value with the injury history. The Canucks are gambling that he stays healthy. The desperate team here was the Canucks, not the Rangers.
Its also good to know that they give Miller 6 of 10 starts in either the neutral or defensive zone away from Hughes.is this a bad time to mention how bad Miller is away from Q Hughes ?
GoAwayLindgren needs to be your next handle.Yeah but that means he has Lindgren too.

There’s zero chance he is, it’s like people don’t understand aging curves anymore. He’s also garbage defensively. Is he that here though? I’m highly skeptical
If you take a cursory glance at puckpedia, and look at who they have on the roster and who are RFA’s and what they could realistically be projected to get in terms of AAV, the Rangers will have about 2M in cap space with 13F, 5D and 2G. That’s not a lot of cap flexibility when you have this team and need to add a top pairing LD at the bare minimum.
I sure hope someone tells Cale to shoot softer soonOne type is more likely to be on net, get a rebound or be tipped. He may not be a 100 point guy but 80 is still good.Is he that here though? I’m highly skeptical
This reads like social media misinformation between the incorrect age for Miller, misspellings, and wild claim that Chytil and Miller are equivalent 5v5My hatred for Drury grows....

Drury`s masterplan....Maybe he can at least bully Mika out of here.
Sorry, I had it closer to 3M with Miller at 5.65M and Cuylle at 3.25M which seems reasonable with the cap going up. That leaves us with 3M in cap space with the 13 forwards we have now, the 5D we have minus Lindgren plus Mackey as the 7th. The Rangers then need to add a top pairing LD for less than 3M. Sure they could move Kreider or Mika or whoever, but as of now they haven’t and there’s no guarantees. So banking on that is unreasonable.Joe Micheletti must be incredibly excited that we are now far and away the best faceoff team in the NHL.
I don't care to do that because we have no idea what other moves they are going to make that could possibly open up cap space. It is a lot easier to get cap space than people like to make it seem. Teams take terrible contracts off other teams hands all the time. We already saw it with this team twice this year.
I also come up with a lot more space in my computations than you did for next year.
8 forwards under contract: 49.5
3 dmen under contract: 15.8
2 goalies under contract (with Garand) 12.3
That's 77.6M for 8/3/2.
You can add 4 more forwards for ~4M total in Edstrom, Rempe, and two depth guys (Kaliyev/Vesey or the equivalent FDA) and a 7D for like 800k so 4.8M total
Figure Key gets ~5 and if they keep Vaakanainen like 1.5
That's 12/6/2 for a total of 88.9.
That still leaves 7M for Cuylle (who I would definitely bridge for like 2 years 5M total which is similar to the Laf/Kakko bridges) which then leaves 4.1 for a dman to replace Lindgren. No UFA to replace Smith but that's likely Berard/Othmann/Perreault on an ELC anyway.
Doesn't seem particularly troublesome to me and that's assuming they trade zero players off the roster which I find highly unlikely.
Canucks locker room was badly broken. Either JT or EP had to go.Nah. The Rangers gave away next to nothing for a 100 point player. The Canucks needed this a lot more than the Rangers which is why it didn't cost them much.

I took Rutherfords comments this week as they are both goingCanucks locker room was badly broken. Either JT or EP had to go.
The ‘Nucks are now all in on Pettersson. That may be a gamble they regret over time.
