Panarin was even more... interestingThis piece of junk game
see my post 1797I know I’m in the minority, but I’d move Panarin off this team in a heartbeat and replace him with Othmann. Panarin tends to disappear in the playoffs when the game tightens up. With no time and space, it’s like the ice swallows him up—you’d practically need to call the cops to track him down.
Trocheck, Lafreniere and Kreider were easily our 3 best forwards in the playoffs last year.Sounds like most of the top 6 in the playoffs.
Tro and Laf yes. Kreider was pretty MIA aside from that one monster game in vs the Canes.Trocheck, Lafreniere and Kreider were easily our 3 best forwards in the playoffs last year.

This is the only thing that matters and if they didn't do it last year they're not doing it with an extra year of wear on their bodies.Switch up the lines for real, and start playing with some directness and anger.

There’s a valid point that your best players should be your best players in the playoffs.
Mcdavid damn near carried Edmonton on his back. Mackinnon is a monster in the playoffs. Barkov was fantastic.
Mika disappeared. Panarin scores but soft goals and rarely clutch.
