If I'm drunk at 2 a.m., NY style is the best.
Otherwise, its Neapolitan.
See, I am not a Neapolitan pizza guy. It's fine but I don't the same satisfaction from it. Also I feel it's a refuge for places that cant do a NY style sliceGood, it's up there among my favorites.

I find a proper Neapolitan to be too soggy and you're kinda forced to eat it with a fork and knife.
So New York style all day. Never had that bread casserole, though.
In Germany you mostly find pizzas close to NY style, but usually thicker crust. In any case, thin crust is the way to go.
Hard agree on never a bread casserole.
Stay up for 11H and sleep on the plane. My flight is in 15 hours. I get up in 11 (4 AM my time). It will be a crazy day
Yes and no. I think in some ways Neapolitan is a little more forgiving. Maybe a little more restaurant friendly depending on infrastructureBased on my own cooking adventures, it's much, much harder to cook a passable Neapolitan than a NY style slice.
From the draft floor? Very cool. Planning on doing it just yourselves, or do you have guests lined up?FYI, @Amazing Kreiderman and I will be doing a podcast from the Draft. Should be a lot of fun.
