I'd be totally fine with Pavelec. There's talent there that Benny can work with, and he could potentially start 20-25 games for the Rangers without being a liability. Really have to start managing Hanks work load quite a bit.

I have no doubt that BA gave his blessing to bringing in Pavelec. If he thinks he can work with him to fix his issues, he deserves the benefit of the doubt at this point.

Here is the funny thing. Our fans say our team with no 30 goal scorer or 60 point player has plenty of offense. Meanwhile Pitt with Crosby, Malkin, Kessel, etc are looking to add more offense.

Yeah, we are short offensively. Zucc is our top guy. We need to add more elite firepower offensively.

Not saying that Duchene should be our target, but Gorton shouldn't invest all his ponies in Shatty.
