Kunin is a nice center prospect I'd be happy with. I'd also try to sign Hanzal

We need a center to play in our top 9, Hanzal will be pretty expensive is my guess and he never plays a full season, he's also slow so not like we're getting faster there.

Really can't see Canes trading Faulk right now. Their defense today consists of: Slavin, Pesce, and Faulk who all are proven top 4 defensemen; Hanifin, who is 20 years only had has about 20 games in the top 4, Ryan Murphy, who is borderline NHL material, and Klas Dhalbeck, who was only signed so the Canes would have a defenseman, other than Faulk, that would meet the games played and under contract requirement of the expansion draft.

I can't see them moving Faulk and going into the season with 2 proven top 4 D (Slavin/Pesce) and counting on Hanifin to make the jump.
