There's only so much that's possible. The lineup the Rangers are putting out there is awful.

We’ve got 6 rookies up front. 6 and one is Lettieri who’s one of the worst players in the league.

We’ve all said it once some injuries hit we’d be in trouble. Once goaltending comes back to earth we’d be in trouble. And once the season really got going we’d be in trouble when the better teams start playing better. Wait till the trades happen and it’ll get even worse.


By the way Zibanejad is an 80 pt guy if he has two legit first line talents to play with. He’s got fourth liners almost every night.

This lineup is a dogs lunch. With the players listed I can't make better lines than they have, I would have liked to see Letteri with Zibanajad and see if better players makes him better.

I never really liked the retiring of the numbers 2, 9, 11 and 35 when it happened. It was too soon. It's like voting someone into the HOF a year after retirement. They should have waited.
