The only thing you can take from the first four games is that Kulich makes them an unbeatable playoff monster and teams should just forfeit ahead of time to save themselves the embarrassment. Without him they’re the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked.

Probably partly to line up the two series since the first seed Marlies and the play-in winner Devils are only at game 2. If they go five, it wraps up on Sunday.

Also partly due to the AHL being gate driven and having traditionally higher attendance on the weekends.
