Between period interview with Appert where he talked about having all the teenagers. Said he wanted them and feels comfortable with young players and they feel organizationally that they can develop players better than outside organizations.

I said when they signed Rosen and Kisakov to come over…this is going to be there new preferred model. Then Kulich ended up here at 18 and…yeah…this is their preferred model.
 
Tough one, kinda fell apart in the 3rd giving up two straight power play goals and 18 shots. Still, gotta give credit to UPL posting a .949 sv%. Pretty good start to the year for him. Posting a .937% through a back-to back where the 2nd game is a matinee is no easy feat.
 
Small sample size I know, but the goaltending between Buffalo and Rochester has been encouraging through four games. Health is critical as well, obviously.

Defense just needs to learn when they can/can't pinch to give up fewer high danger opportunities/odd-man rushes.
