Nope.

Only things left are AHL trade deadline (next Friday) and if they get any prospects to Roch for the playoffs (maybe Levi or Nadeau?)

Gatineau looks like they are 2nd best to Quebec in the Q to me so I don't see Nadeau as someone to rely upon. Edit - he's going to be playing a long time, perhaps even on into the Memorial Cup again.

I was hearing on the radio on the 3rd that the deadline for being on the AHL roster for the playoffs is the 13th, not the 3rd... they still have a week for those types of transactions

I'm wondering if the hints in her message point to returning both to baseball coverage and her home town. So that would be working for the Pirates and that would be awesome for her (and for Pirates fans).

I'm guessing she's going to the Pirates which would be her dream. She's never been shy about admitting baseball is her true love - she played softball in high school and college and was a Pirates ball girl plus she was part of the first all-female booth in baseball broadcast history in Salem, VA. HUGE loss for the Amerks but congrats to her!

The way I read it is that she will be going back to baseball, but not in Pittsburgh given the comment about more stops before returning home.

Not only that, she also was an actress in the remake of A League of Their Own.

Kozak is out probably until next week.
Pekar back because Kozak is out but won't play tonight.
Strand-Bartkowski will be a pair.
Davies-Cecconi and Pilut-Prow remain the other pairs.
Subban to start tonight.

Is it normal for AHL teams to play so many 3 games in 3 nights late in the season?

I was surprised they haven't had more 3-in-3's thus far. It used to be a lot more normal since it gives all the teams more weekend games and an attendance bump.

I'm also wondering if they make a move to help the Amerks today other than just calling up Pekar.
