I like that these two teams don't like one another. I wish Rochester had more beef to deal with it.

Mersch going with his mini-stick goals:

Not normally, no.

Gotcha thanks, just playoffs last season then eh

I wonder if the PA folks would play the English language version of that song if they know it... :biglaugh:

Weissbach and Rousek with the puck on a string there.

Nolan Foote got hit with pucks twice on the same shift. He's not looking too spry.

Mersch almost... off the pipe.

Malone with two excellent chances and his line with Rousek and Weissbach is getting a lot of zone time.

Appreciate him and Mersch being back, they look better defensively as a team but that could just be me.

Then the Jobst line follows up with even more forecheck and cycle.

Malone and then Kozak both stoned by Daws.

Kulich goes one-man gang on the forecheck, resulting in another great chance in front.

"Hanrahan... hey Hanrahan...."

Guy can't ref his way out of a wet paper sack.

Rousek using his speed, draws a penalty from Walsh with only 8:35 left in the third.

Then Rousek going backhand on the tape for Kulich to wire one on the 2nd PP unit.

They had their chances, couldn't finish some glorious looks. It also seemed like the Malone injury caused them to sag.

Didn't like Subban on that second GA. Overall, this team is interesting to watch. You have to wonder when Appert will take his next step somewhere in the AHL.
