We're using the amerks primarily to develop young players. I'm ok with them not being dominant. They've done well this season and should get better right along with the Sabres as they add more prospects and don't have room in the Sabres roster.

Still can find a way tonight.

Edit: and they've done well at developing players while they're having some success.
 
Rosen got to the place he gets to reading the play before the pass to muck up a potential rush against. He’s a heady defender. As in…his brain knows where to go just needs to get bigger and work on the willingness to do what must be done
 
When Davies made that rush and the puck hit the netting...

In the meantime, the lack of centers is killing them (again).
