Mostly agree. Lines matter more in hockey than a lineup in baseball, but on a single game level, your overall talent level of the 12 skaters probably matters more than how you arrange them; assuming no bizarre ice time distributions.

As many of you know I am a Boston Bruins and New Jersey Devils fan. My Bruins time goes back to my days in Massachusetts, I was born there, lived there, was a Bruins fan before there ever was a NJ Devils, Colorado Rockies or a Kansas City Scouts teams. So tonight who do I root for? Easy, the New Jersey Devils. Does that mean that loyality does not mean much to me. No. The Devils have a chance for a deep run in the playoffs. The Bruins might not even make the playoffs. Much depends on late trades.

So its Go Devils, for me tonight.

Well, I like Cotter's speed. I don't know how long these lines will last even more so now.

I just hope we're able to pace ourselves throughout the game. Seeing how dead they were as the games have worn on the past couple of weeks has just been discouraging. That's on top of the scoring struggles.

I just noticed you hail from Rochester, NY. Is it actually Rochester or one of the suburbs. I was a real city kid from 1953 (when we moved there from Penn Yan, NY) until I got married in 1972 and moved to the Utica area for my first and what would be only job.
