What would you want from Montreal for Carlo?
Probably Michael Hage, but I'd prefer someone more NHL ready.

The Bruins need a young top6 center, and there aren't a lot of center prospects with top6 potential that look NHL ready. That's why LDBB is attractive.

Honestly, I'd prefer to flip Carlo for someone in the NHL with top6 potential who's either struggling (like a Cozens) or hasn't really popped yet (like a Sillinger) but I didn't ask for Sillinger from Columbus because I thought he'd be an important part of their Columbus playoff hopes.

Jiricek would've probably fit in really nice right about now.
Looked like a stud while playing for Minnesota. Unfortunate he had to be sent down due to cap reasons. Would have preferred to fire Dermott into the waiver wire, but turns out the relatively minor difference in cap would have meant sending another player down to maintain cap compliance.

Don't know why CBJ would want to go all in this year, but if they do, how about Spurgeon for LDB? Spurgeon makes a lot more money, so CBJ would have to send some cap make to even things out.

There is no doubt that Spurgeon would be a big upgrade for the RD.

Nemec can't demand big money. He's under contract and cost controlled on an entry level contract.

You're playing well. You're not going to win the cup.

Send us Zach. We need another weapon.

Nemec is a stud. It's early, but my gut tells me he's going to be a top pairing defenceman.

It seems like he works with your window. If he was on another team, he'd be an NHL starter.

I don't want to trade him, but I think Werenski would be a filthy addition to NJD.

Yeah, the cap. We have contracts we can move in another trade.
How about Luca Del Bel Belluz for Timo Meier? Would you do that deal. I mean, I really don't want to give up LDDB but would love another weapon on the CBJ.
