Rempe speaks

He's just not in the playoffs, it's his playoffs for his NHL career though.
Damn, I thought this was common knowledge

Nothing he says is wrong. The proof will be in the pudding. His latest suspension wasn't a borderline barely crossing the line kind of thing. It was an incredibly stupid dangerous thing. I don't have the hatred of him that some do, but I realize he has been a slow/non-learner.

Ever since Wilson rode Panarin like a donkey, the Rags seem obsessed with big hits and toughness. And it's not doing anything for actually making them a better team. If anything it's making them worse.

Wilson did the same to the Penguins. JR made bad move after bad move in order to counter Wilson, moving them away from the youth and speed that made them successful.

Rempe is learning how to be a physical player in real time. Go look at his hockeydb page sometime of his junior career - this is a skill guy who got told if he wants to make the show he's gotta hit people and he's gotten in trouble as he learns to do that at the highest level.

He's going to be a 10+ year NHL player. Better practice those caveman fan fictions.

What happened to the skill?

The ECHL level player who still thinks he will play in the nhl, gives his opinions of his actions:

"Im so big, i can get going" lmao
I have nothing useful to contribute, but this honestly reads like one of those winter break school projects asking you to detail your goals for the coming year. Or a letter they ask you to write when you've been suspended as proof that you understood what you did wrong and are ready to come back.

No hate. Just made me chuckle.

Looks to me that he hasn't really learned anything at all. Blaming other parties for your mistakes is hardly learning. f*** this caveman. Celebrating his dirty hits too, good luck pea-brain.

On the surface, everything he's said is agreeable.

But friends, let me introduce you to the unique concept of "lying through your f***ing teeth." That's what Rempe is doing. And if he isn't, why the hell does he deserve the benefit of the doubt? He may play skilled in Hartford but the reason why he is here, and why he keeps getting called up, is because of the following fact.

No, I'm pretty sure the first time he was told to make the NHL was when the gutless turds in charge of the team you root for told him to. And he's not going to play 10+ years. You Rangers fans and your constant gaslighting about what kind of guy he is pisses me off, somehow even worse than Bruins fans when defending objective goons.

He doesn't have NHL top 6 level skill, but he had enough skill in juniors to get drafted before he started actively being physical instead of just big.

His big adjustment other than stupid decision making moments is he has to not skate as fast he can because he is out of control with terrible balance at that speed. He has a responsibility to the people on the ice to not be reckless like he has been.

23 points in 56 games in his D+2 season. Yep. That checks out.

It's morally wrong by the league that he gets another chance. The league condones the attack of the next player he attacks simply by letting him back.

It's like a murderer bemoaning sometimes when he's holding a gun he can't help it he just gets mad, and how he knows it's wrong because he could just get sad and then no fault of his own someone's dead. It's pitiful, Rempe is morally pitiful but it's not up to him whether he's allowed to be himself in a group, it's the group's.

This is the morally worst thing the league does, is it lets guys get umpteen chances to attack someone. Long story short, there were zero tears here for Bryan Marchment let's just say. The Rangers deserve the absolute dregs

So it's not him but he kind of has to do better? What an idiot. I'll be so surprised if he's got more than 20 games in the league left. That unfortunately means a couple of injured players along the way still.
