Dangit, again, you would think 20-30+ assists would be easy, so many options, but then...

I wanted the Courtnall brothers lined up side by side, but didn't realize Geoff only played 12 regular season games for EDM - 4 assists :speechles

Meanwhile, Nelson Emerson played a while with LA, but so late in his career he never got to 20 assists, topped out at 11... sigh :shakehead

Eh, I guess this is as good as it's getting... I swear last time we got WPG/NJD, I picked Klee and he was 1%, while Boulton was <1%, this time it's the opposite! :eyeroll:

Also, finally got to make use of Pihlman, instead of just getting him confused with Tomas Plihal on a Sharks square! :laugh:

I'd be curious to know where this site ranks in terms of monetization. Seems like it would generate tons of clicks amongst those who would be otherwise disinclined to visit such sites.

I gave up after Panik - I always guess the wrong guy for DET/NYI, between him, Cholowski and Timashov, one is always above 1% (or 2% in this case), and the others are usually less, though not in this case. Also, totally forgot about Jamie Rivers... :help:

As for my miss, it was Karl Alzner, who was surprisingly disciplined given his role... (max 29 PIMs with WSH)...

Basically, thanks for not giving me 500+ goals, 50+ assists, 100+ points, Hall of Fame, or any of the major awards that will usually have 3-5 guys per team as options, for once! :biglaugh:

Missed on Stecher for EDM, Englund for LAK. Hard to remember who played in a specific year's playoffs, unless you know they scored an important OT goal or something...

Doesn't help that I remember older playoff years waaaaay better than recent ones :facepalm:

I confidently picked Pellerin for STL/MIN, only to bash my head into the wall a moment later.... (Edit: he went up from 1 to 3%??? :laugh::help:). Could easily have done Mojzis there instead, and someone like Ebbett or Gaunce for VAN/MIN, but noooooo... :ha:

Also had trouble with WSH/CGY... almost picked Quinton Laing, but while he did sign with CGY, he didn't play an NHL game there. I also just assumed Andrew Cassels would be too high, but he's at 0.7%! :skeptic:

That middle row is a Bitchell

I couldn't think of a team Dempsey played for other than TOR and CHI. After getting an incorrect answer for using him for the CHI/two teams exact square, I correctly used him for the CHI/3+ teams played square. Likewise for McLean. Didn't know he played for a team other than COL and FLA. And I thought Hollweg only played for TOR and NYR.
